Day One: HALONG CRUISE PORT – MUA HOA – CAP LA

Pick up at your hotel (in Hanoi Old Quarter).

12:00 – 12:30

Embark at Halong cruise port.

12:30 – 13:00

Check-in, enjoy the welcome drink & cruise briefing.

13:30 – 14:30

Have lunch in the outdoor dining room (depending on the weather condition) while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay, admire the fascinating formations on the way.

Arrive at Mua Hoa area to enjoy swimming or kayaking through the mystery Karst Mountains

17:30

Back to the boat for refreshing yourselves in the outdoor or indoor Mineral Seawater Pool, Fitness Room or enjoying the spa and massage services while cruising to Cap La area.

19:00

Elegant dinner served on board.

20:30

Free time for relaxing, communicating with the staffs, evening activities (watching movie listening to music, squid fishing…). Overnight on Bai Tu Long Bay.

Day Two:CAP LA – VUNG VIENG FISHING VILLAGE – THIEN CANH SON

Start a new day with Tai Chi on the sundeck & morning view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

Visit Thien Canh Son cave.

Having a BBQ lunch on the beach.

Back to the boat and start cruising to Hai Quan area, kayak to explore the mystery Karst Mountain

Free time for communicating with staffs, evening activities (squid fishing, beauty spa…) and service on board.

Day Three: CAP LA – HALONG CRUISE PORT

Start your day with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air.

9:30 – 10:00

Start cruising towards the harbor. Enjoy the scenic on the way. Checkout cabin and pack your luggage.

Buffet lunch will be served.

11:30 – 12:00

Disembark. Drive to Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province for a short break in this typical Vietnamese agricultural village which is rich in culture and traditions.

13:30 – 14:00

Enjoy water puppet show performed by local artists.

17:00

Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends.

Cancellation by Customer

More than 30 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
From 29 to 15 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rates
From 14 to 7 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
From 6 to 3 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rates
Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults:
FOC for 1 child under 4 year old sharing bed & meals with parents.
Child from 4-12 year old sharing room with parent: charge 75%
Child under 12 year old stay in 1 cabin: 75% adults rate + single surcharge
For charter cruise: Child from 4 year old count price similar to adult
