Cancellation policy

  • More than 15 days prior to your departure day: $3/tickets as the service fee
  • Between 7 and 15 days prior: 30% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
  • Between 2 and 7 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
  • 3 days prior: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No-show: 100% of the total price is charged
