Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival/departure are fully refundable minus the handling fee of 02 USD per vehicle. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
There are no refunds for no-shows

Great service, awesome ride! My boyfriend and I booked yesterday and took the ride this morning.
The communication was fantastic, quick responding and very friendly via whatsapp.
The car was extremely comfortable, neat and clean. The driver was on time and took one break at a convenient spot on our trip from Hanoi to Ha Long.
I even forgot my phone in the van, and they managed to bring it back to me right away - again I am grateful for their quick response, when we texted them about it.
It was also very cheap, considering the comfort and the bottle of water each passenger got. We had a great ride here and I can only recommend to book your ride with A21.
We'll be back soon :)
