Booking process

Below is the process of booking Tours or other services with A21 Tours – A Vietnam private tours company. Follow steps when booking tours with us, if you’ve got any trouble, do not hesitate to let me know by email: info@a21tours.com

Step 1: Quotation

According to your requirements, Our consultants will and draft and pricing your itinerary of your trip until you fulfill your needs. With the agreement, we can send one of that the official quotation through email.

Step 2: Deposit

After you have received your quotation from us, please check the information on the Order including Arrival and Departure, Itinerary, Accommodations, Total price along with Deposit amount of your excursion.

If all the information is correct, please read and accept our attacked Terms and Conditions earlier send us the deposit.

Amount of Deposit

To be able to confirm your booking you will deposit us 30% of their total quoted price or US$ 100 per reservation just in case the total rate is less than $350 (Deposit percentage is subject to change in case we feel that 30 percent is unsafe for some certain bookings).

Full payment is required for those bookings which cost less than US$ 100.

Method of payment

You can deposit through Paypal our through bank account.

For Paypal method:

You click to the link we sent, then you will be redirected to Paypal Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card. Then save the transaction receipt.

Note: In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:

Incorrect card information
Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

Although you input correct card information, you didn’t get the transaction result from the payment portal or us. Please don’t attempt and make different payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of this Order through email: info@a21tours.com

Paypal Payment Gateway

For sending money through bank account:

You go to a bank nearby then send us the deposit money to our bank account with below information:

After that, you should take a picture of the transaction receipt.

Step 3: Confirmation

When we recipient that the deposit transaction receipt, we will send you the confirmation of services. You are required to answer our endorsement by facsimile, mail or email at least ten trading days before your arrival date at Vietnam.

Step 4: Payment for the rest amount

The balance of payment will be settled at Vietnam by you at least seven business days (seven business days) ahead of the departure time.
Failure to pay in full by this due time may result in the cancellation of your booking followed by a penalty.
For bookings made less than 10 days prior to the departure, full payment is required and are subject to the availability of the requested services.
