We took the bus from center Hanoi to Cat Ba Province. They have a guide from the Bus to go with us. They speak good English, friendly and helpful. Our kid is very happy.

A good agency, bought a ticket to go from Hanoi to Cat Ba, they have a whatsapp that is very effective, my bus was at 11 bus my hotel wasn't in the old quarter, ao I had to go to Cis coffee as a meeting point...and they were writing me at 10:59 to know if I was on the bus and calling them...good price and organization, would travel with them with no doubt.
