Phong Nha to Ninh Binh bus daily takes almost 10 hours to transport between Ninh Binh and Phong Nha, the bus also takes some break at Ninh Binh and Quang Binh.

Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund;
Passenger not showing up: No refund.
