Airport Pick Up Information

For international flights: Star Cafe (next to the barrier) in the International Arrival Gate (look for a representative holding a board writing your name)
For domestic flights: Arrival Hall, Gate A4 near Masco
Free waiting time: Driver will wait up to 1 hour after landing
For delays, call the operator using the number on your voucher
When you reach the arrival gate, please look for the driver before you exchange money or buy SIM cards

Drop off Information

The driver will drop you off at your hotel or in from of the lane if your hotel is located inside a small lane.

Surcharges

The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick-up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of VND70,000 per hour
Any additional pick up and drop off points will incur an additional surcharge, which will be confirmed by the operator prior to the pick-up date

Terms & Conditions

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up date
No refunds will be issued for no shows
Indicate your correct flight number at checkout. In case of wrong flight and missing pick up details, no refunds will be issued
