Surcharges:

  • Surcharges are payable in cash, directly to the driver
  • There will be a surcharge of VND350,000 for every car (one way) if you are staying at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort and Son Tra Resort

Overtime

  • VND110,000 for every 30 minutes (3-5 seater vehicle)
  • VND220,000 for every 30 minutes (12-seater vehicle)

Hotel pick-up:

  • Please wait at the Da Nang hotel lobby and inform the receptionist/concierge of pick up
  • Confirmation will be sent to you once payment is received.
  • Detail info of the transport (driver name & phone number, car model, and license plate number) will be updated at least 5 hours prior departure time.
  • At the scheduled pick-up time, you just need to show up at the meeting point (normally the hotel lobby), our driver will come to pick you up, just with your name you can use the service.
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity.
  • Cancel within 24 hours before the trip started, you would be charged for the cancelation fees (100% of the transaction value)
