Train Itinerary

Lao Cai Station to Hanoi Station (20:50 – 04:30)

20:00: Arrive at Peterchef Restaurant, meet Orient Express train staff for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for a paper ticket at this point.

20:50: Depart from Lao Cai train station to Hanoi.

04:30: Arrive at Hanoi Train Station.

 

Other information

  • You need to convert your e-ticket into a paper-based ticket at the train station before getting on the train.
  • Please get to the station 1-hour before departure time.
  • The voucher is valid only on the tour date and time specified

Cancellation policy

  • More than 15 days before arrival: A refund is possible but with 10% of the total price charged as a handling fee
  • 15 days to 5 days before departure date: 50% of total price will be refunded;
  • Within 5 days before departure date: No refund;
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
