From Noi Bai airport to Halong, A21 Tours offers 2 options for you: shared car service and private car transfer

1- Shared car service (price per person)

Our driver will wait for you at the airport, then transfer you to our office. You need to wait there a few hours to catch the latest luxury minivan to Halong. The price is very reasonable and It’s a good choice for a solo traveler or a group of 2 people.

2- Private car transfer (price per vehicle)

Our private car will take you straight from Noi Bai airport to Halong without changing the vehicle or stopping by Hanoi. The time is flexible and you can choose the departure time as you wish. Besides, It’s more economical and convenient for a group of more than 3 people.

It takes around 2 - 2.5 hours (or 3 - 3.5 hours) from Hanoi airport to Halong bay via Expressway (or normal road) respectively.

For international flights to Hanoi (flight arrival hall), the meeting point is at Pillar 1F10, outside arrival Hall A2
For domestic flights to Hanoi (flight arrival hall), please head outside arrival hall A/B or lobby E. The operator will reconfirm your pick up point in advance

The driver will be waiting at the exit gate, holding your name sign with your name

Drop off: The car will drop you off at your hotel address around Halong city, Tuan Chau island, and also at the Tuan Chau port, Hon Gai port for cruising.

Please inform us of your flight number, estimated arrival flight time, hotel name with address, and cruise name at the Payment page.
The transfer time might be changed a little bit as it depends on the traffic and your location in Ha Long

Private car service used twice - efficient and safe. Found these guys on I think a google search. Easy to book using online form. They were super quick to respond with quote and answer questions (matter of minutes) Being able to use WhatsApp to reply and this WiFi was great. We used them twice for car service pick up at HPH Cat Bi airport to Halong Bay Hotel and then again from Halong Bay to Hanoi. Always on time and safe drivers. Would highly recommend.
