Bus Itinerary

Free pick up at your hotel around Hanoi city center (pick up time normally around 30 - 45 minutes) then depart to Halong via New Expressway
After around 1 hour of transfer, the van stops at the rest-stop for around 10 minutes.
Arrive Halong after around 2.5 of transfer, we drop off the passenger at their hotel around Tuan Chau first, then Halong city

Pick up and drop off

Hanoi: Any address in Hanoi city center (Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Ba Dinh, Hai Ba Trung district)

Halong: Anywhere you choose around Halong city: Hotel around Halong city (Bai Chay and Hon Gai area), Tuan Chau island, and Tuan Chau harbor / Hon Gai port for the cruising. If you have no preference, the default location is the lobby of the Novotel Halong

Airport Drop Off service is possible with an extra payment of $20 per booking for up to 5 passengers per booking. Please notice that the airport pick up will be about 2 hours before the time of the Halong transfer

Pick up and drop off Time: As a shared van service, the Actual pick up time may be +\- 30 minutes before or after the mentioned time - depending on pick up address of yours and other passengers. Your pick up time will be confirmed at least 6 hours before the departure time via Email or WhatsApp

Luggage Allowance:

Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
The standard luggage size is 70x50x30cm

About VIP-seat:

A typical limousine car would contain 9 seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back. The 4 seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, it’s also a good choice for those who would easily get car sickness. Below are the image and the layout of the VIP seat for your reference:

Children with age 0-4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the ride

Cancellation policy

48 hours before departure time: USD 2/tickets as handle fee
Within 48 hours to 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
No show: 100% of total tour price

(Translated by Google) We arrived at Halong Bay from a cruise and had not booked a transfer to Hanoi. A quick Google search led to A21. The communication about Whatsapp was very competent. Payment worked via credit card and an onepay.vn link sent to me. A short time later we were picked up by a luxury shuttle. Super Service!

Die Kommunikation über Whatsapp war sehr kompetent. Bezahlung funktionierte über Kreditkarte und einen mir zugesandten onepay.vn Link. Kurze Zeit später wurden wir von einem Luxus-Shuttle abgeholt. Super Service!

Perfect services. Used A21 Tours for a quite last minute pick up from Hà Long to Hà Noî. We used the shared limousine van. It arrived at our hotel on the agreed time and did a perfect drop off at the site in Hà Noî we agreed upon. All without any hassle. A real safe and comfortable drive thanks to an experienced driver and a very clean van! All in all I would definitely use A21 again a next time!

Great service. We used the service for return trip Hanoi to ha long bay and also the the airport. Service was on time and very comfortable. Communications excellent with messages informing of driver name and phone number. Great service with competitive prices, highly recommended.

Great service, awesome ride! My boyfriend and I booked yesterday and took the ride this morning. The communication was fantastic, quick responding and very friendly via whatsapp. The car was extremely comfortable, neat and clean. The driver was on time and took one break at a convenient spot on our trip from Hanoi to Ha Long. I even forgot my phone in the van, and they managed to bring it back to me right away - again I am grateful for their quick response, when we texted them about it. It was also very cheap, considering the comfort and the bottle of water each passenger got. We had a great ride here and I can only recommend to book your ride with A21. We'll be back soon :)

AMAZING SERVICE. Wow!! I was truly blown away by the amazing service A21 provided. This is a better connection service than I have experienced anywhere in the U.S. and Europe, and I have traveled quite a few places. The company is so incredibly organized. I got off my plane in Hanoi and didn’t know how to get to Ha Long Bay, I found their information online and they showed up within 20mins!! The entire time everything was so organized and effortless. The van was super comfortable and quick, we had free WiFi in the van the entire way to Ha Long, chargers, water and blankets. We took the 2-hour quick way which I appreciated so much more than the 4hour trek many people I encountered in Ha Long had took. I would recommend everyone taking the trip to Ha Long Bay from Hanoi use A21!!
