Free pick up at your hotel around Hanoi city center (pick up time normally around 30 - 45 minutes) then depart to Halong via New Expressway
After around 1 hour of transfer, the van stops at the rest-stop for around 10 minutes.
Arrive Halong after around 2.5 of transfer, we drop off the passenger at their hotel around Tuan Chau first, then Halong city

Pick up and drop off

Hanoi: Any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. If you have no preference, the default location is Khanh Sinh Tour, 26 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem. This is a central touristic area in Hanoi.

Halong: Anywhere you choose around Halong city: Hotel around Halong city (Bai Chay and Hon Gai area), Tuan Chau island, and Tuan Chau harbor / Hon Gai port for the cruising. If you have no preference, the default location is the lobby of the Novotel Halong. This is central to Halong city and you can easily get transportation to anywhere in Halong from there.

Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available. Please advise Flight detail at the payment pages

Pick up time: As a shared van service, the Actual pick up time may be +\- 30 minutes before or after the mentioned time - depending on pick up address of yours and other passengers. Your pick up time will be confirmed at least 6 hours in prior off departure time via Email or WhatsApp

Other information

Stops: The van does not pick up on the way, however, it makes one stop for toilet and food.
Luggage Allowance: 1 medium bag (64 cm x 42 cm x 26 cm) and a small bag (30 cm x 13 cm x 42 cm) per passenger.

Cancellation Policies

More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 2 per ticket will be charged;
24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund.

Great Service. We used the service from Hanoi to Halong Bay (return). Everything was great. The driver was on time. Communications with the staff also easy. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Prompt and excellent customer svs. I booked my trip w A21 and had to cancel it due to some medical conditions. In the midst of my handling all these medical issues, michael was prompt in his replies and rendered one of the best customer svs that I had encountered thus far. I might have missed this trip, but with this experience, I'm sure , God willing, I will come back to this company:)

Great Transport wirh best Karma! We took the Minibus from Hanoi to Halong and it was just perfect! The bus was brandnew, clean and we felt lile real VIP. The bus welas in time and the driver was absolutely nice! Best thing: I forgot my 150USD glasses in the van and the driver brought it to our hotel in halong the next day! That’s really good karma and I would definitely use this service agein! Thanks to Duy Tung, the driver and the rest of the team!
