Private car service used twice - efficient and safe. Found these guys on I think a google search. Easy to book using online form. They were super quick to respond with quote and answer questions (matter of minutes)
Being able to use WhatsApp to reply and this WiFi was great.
We used them twice for car service pick up at HPH Cat Bi airport to Halong Bay Hotel and then again from Halong Bay to Hanoi.
Always on time and safe drivers.
