Bus Itinerary

  • The bus starts from Cat Ba island, 1 hour before pick you up at Got Pier.
  • Therefore, pick-up time at Got Pier may be late if there's a traffic jam at Cat Ba island.
  • Pick up at Got pier waiting hall at around 10:15 AM, 2:15 PM, and 5:15 PM.
  • Transfer via Expressway to Hanoi ~ 2 hours.
  • Drop off at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter, or bus office.

Pick-up Time: The operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance. Please arrive at Got pier waiting hall at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time

As this bus start from Cat Ba, so actual pick up time will depend on traffic conditions in Cat Ba and also the ferry time table.

Drop off at any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or the default location is No. 162 Tran Quang Khai street

About the drop off at the Hotel around Old quarter:

  • The bus can't reach hotels in the small street/lane or the walking street (especially at the weekend). 
  • Our guide will drop you off at the nearest point from your hotel.

Luggage Allowance: 1 medium bag (64 cm x 42 cm x 26 cm) and a small bag (30 cm x 13 cm x 42 cm) per passenger

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours before departure time: USD 1.5 / tickets as handle fee
  • Within 24 - 48 hours prior departure time: 50% of the total price is charged
  • Within 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No show: 100% of total tour price
