Bus Itinerary

  • 30 minutes before the departure time, our staff allocate seat location and arrange luggage.
  • The bus leaves Sapa as schedule and has 02 breaks on the way to Hanoi. 
  • After around 5.5 house of transfer, drop off at the Hanoi airport (extra USD 2 / person).
  • Arrive in Hanoi (after 6 hours of transfer) and stop at 160 Tran Quang Khai street.

For the night bus, you can stay on the bus until 05:30 - 06:00 AM

Pick up and drop off

  • Pick-up in Sapa: Green Sapa bus office – no. 618 Dien Bien Phu, Sapa, Lao Cai
  • Drop-off point in Hanoi: No. 160 Tran Quang Khai street, Hanoi
  • Please be present at the bus office at least 25 minutes before departure time

Other Information 

  • Please come to the meet-up location bellow at least 30 minutes before departure time
  • Once you get confirmation from A21 Tours (Via email / Whatsapp / Line / Wechat), your tickets have been reserved.
  • At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell your name to get on the bus.
  • No Toilet on the bus, also there will be 2 breaks on the way
  • Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
  • Seat arrangement will be made by bus operators

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 2 / person as handle fee;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of total tour price;
  • Within 24 hours before starting time: 100% of total tour price.
