The Main station (Hanoi station) located at 120 Le Duan street, Hanoi (please do not miss that with and Hanoi station B, Tran Quy Cap street for the Train to Sapa).

TICKET EXCHANGE

Passengers will meet at the Mango Hotel 1 hour before the scheduled departure time for a welcome drink and exchange their vouchers for train tickets. Laman Express staff will accompany them to the train afterward.

Cancellation policies

More than 15 days before arrival: A refund is possible but with 10% of the total price charged as a handling fee
15 days to 5 days before departure date: 50% of total price will be refunded;
Within 5 days before departure date: No refund;
Passenger not showing up: No refund
