Bus Itinerary

  • The tour guide and small bus start to pick up around Hanoi old quarter 1 hour in advance of departure time, transfer passengers to the meeting point (bus office) for the big sleeping bus to Sapa.
  • There are 02 breaks on the way, one at the 57th km and another at the 237th km.
  • The bus arrives in Sapa after around 5.5 - 6 hours of transfer.

For the night bus, you can stay on the bus until 05:30 - 06:00 AM

Pickup and drop off

Pick up at any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or bus office (if passengers stay outside the Old Quarter).

If your hotel located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meet-up location at least 30 minutes before departure time (detail will be sent along with booking confirmation)

We might refuse to pick up at airbnb around Hano old quarter.

OTHER NOTES:

  • Once you get confirmation from A21 Tours (Via email / Whatsapp / Line / Wechat), your tickets have been reserved. At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell the operators your name to get in the bus
  • Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
  • Seat arrangement will be made by bus operators

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 1.5 / ticket as handling fee will be charged;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
  • Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund.
  • Passengers no show: No refund
