Day 1: Ha Noi – Halong – Lan Ha Bay

08:30 AM - 09:00 AM

Genesis Tour guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby in Ha Noi Old Quarter, then transfer to Genesis guest station, Suite 17th, Tuan Chau Marina, Tuan Chau island. (Not included- book in next step)

11:45 AM - 12:00 AM

Reach the private guest lounge by Genesis, Gen team will welcome you at lounge and register for your trip.

12:30 PM - 13:00 PM

You will embark Genesis Regal Cruise in the warmly greeting of the team who will accompany you guys in the trip. A welcome speech will be given to you be our Cruise Manager, and itinerary briefing instantly. After that, you will enjoy set menu lunch with delicious local seafoods. Regal Cruise slowly glides between the numerous small islands and the sea-green color of the bay.

14:00 PM

Receive the room key, check in and take a rest at your reserved room, while Regal Cruise take you sightseeing among the nature wonder.

15:00 PM - 16:30 PM

Reaching Dark- Light area of 3 underwater caves. In this activity, visitors have two choices, either by themselves creating separate roads for exploring by kayaking or sit on boats that rowed by the local people to soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

16:30 PM - 17:00 PM

After kayaking, visitors can do swimming in middle of the bay. Immerging the body to emerald water or jumping from top of tender are exciting activities.

18.30 PM – 19.30 PM

Regal Cruise will move to safety anchorage. It is the time to join the “sunset party” on the open top deck of the ship. In the rhythm of the music, visitor could enjoy the sunset moment, gathering, mingling…Watching the skillful Bartender show and do not miss the special offer “Happy hours – buy two get one for free” to enjoy the memorable moments in the trip. Day 2: Ba Trai dao beach – Viet Hai Village – Cat Ba Island

Preparing for a day of outdoor activities, you can get up early to start the day with 30 minutes of Taichi practice. Get the dawn on the bay.

07:30 AM

Enjoy breakfast with a menu including: sandwiches, pastries, eggs, ham, sausage.... fulfill the energy to be ready to discover the Cat ba island – Lan Ha bay.

08:30 AM

Transfering guests to Genesis day boat and taking to visit Lan Ha Ba, Ba trai dao beaches, sail straight to Viet Hai Village where is located on the valley of Cat Ba National Park, Cat ba island.

10:00 AM - 12:00 AM

The boat to Viet Hai wharf, you get bicycles to Viet Hai Village about 4km. A small village deep in the valley, surrounding mountains, beautiful scenery with rice fields, buffalo ... You stroll around the village, meet with local people, visit the school of the local children, or discover the village by walking around.

12:00 AM - 13:00 PM

Cycling back to Viet Hai wharf. Enjoying lunch on board. Then take relax, sunbathe. Boats will take you away on Lan Ha Bay, directly overlooking Ba Trai Dao beaches area.

14:00 PM - 16:00 PM

You go kayak explore the area of the Ba Trai Dao. Guests can sunbath and swim on the private beach.

17:30 PM

Day boats will take visitors back to the Regal Cruise, back to the point overnight on the bay.

18:00 PM

Relaxing on the sundeck and enjoying the bay after a long day. Joining the mini cooking class, today we will make fried spring rolls, another traditional taste.

19:30 PM

Enjoy dinner on board with an all-new menu that includes local seafood delights combined with some Western-style cooking.

You will have time for rest, drink, listening music or take some massage to refresh the body also ideal.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi

Tai Chi wake up to new days are practiced out on the sundeck. This is also the moment visitors can pick up the dawn on the bay.

07:30 AM

A light and nutritious breakfast served at the restaurant will help you enjoy the last day on the bay, which is always full of energy.

08:30 AM

Regal Cruise move to Gia Luan wharf, a path for tourists to visit Cat Ba National Park. After leaving the boat, the van will take visitors down the asphalt road through the forest, the stop point is a typical karst cave which were formed from million years ago. Have chance to meet the red list Cat ba langur.

09:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Guests return to the boat, stay and check out procedures. Enjoying the scenery of the Bay and a delicious buffet brunch while cruising back to the harbor.

11:45 AM

Regal Cruise arrives in Tuan Chau Marina. Guests will relax at the private lounge, preparing luggage and depart back to Hanoi.

15:00 PM - 15:30 PM

Return to Hanoi Hotel after moving quickly by the highway. Finishing your memorable journey with Regal Cruise

From 15 to 3 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rates
Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Children Policy

Free of charge for one child below the age of 4 years traveling with two adults, sharing bed with two adults. Limited one child per cabin only.
Children from 4 to below 11 years of age sharing a cabin with two adults on one bed are charged at 75% of adult rate, limited to one child per cabin only.
Two children below 11 years sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of the full cabin rate.
Child from the age of 12 must occupy a separate cabin and pay the full cabin rate.
