Transport description

Our van will pick up at your hotel around Sapa town from 7:30 am and depart to Hanoi at 08:00 AM. Arrive at our office in Hanoi around 13:30 - 14:00, then change to Luxury van to Halong bay (at around 14:00 +/- 15 minutes). After around 2.5 hours transfer via Expressway, the van will drop passengers off at around Halong city (around 

If the van from Sapa to Hanoi get late, we will change you to the next scheduled van from Hanoi to Halong that will pick up around 15:00 (+/- 15 minutes)

Pick up & Drop off

  • Pick up: Your hotel inside of Sapa Town, or the default pick-up point at the limousine office (if your hotel is outside of Sapa Town)
  • Drop off: Anywhere you choose around Halong city: Hotel around Halong city (Bai Chay and Hon Gai area), Tuan Chau island, and Tuan Chau harbor / Hon Gai port for the cruising. If you have no preference, the default location is the lobby of the Novotel Halong

Luggage Allowance

  • Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
  • The standard luggage size is 70x50x30cm

About VIP-seat

A typical limousine car would contain 9 seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back. The 4 seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, it’s also a good choice for those who would easily get car sickness.   • 48 hours before departure time: USD 03 per people will be charged as a handling fee
  • Within 48 hours to 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No show: 100% of total tour price
